Clients

What do You believe is needed to gain improved knowledge and capacities through training? Sitting down in a quiet classroom, watching Powerpoint diagrams and graphs, often simplifying complex issues as black-or-white? We do not. Neither does our clients…

The clients that may rock the Statement of Sweden being the greatest high speed navigators in the world include:

Dutch Special Forces

Indonesian Navy SEAL, Special Police and SAR

Norweigan Harbour Police

Faroe Islands SAR

Swedish Sea Rescue Society

Swedish Amphibious Forces

Mexican Navy

Malaysian Navy

How can they threaten the Statement?

Spectre Marine training goals are always set high. They are set up in collaboration with the client and in order to reach those goals, one needs to come down to the perceptional abilities and experiences of the individual client. Simplifying human dynamics into only one perceptional input channel (Powerpoint diagrams) would never ever reach the training goals set up by Spectre. Other techniques are required. All techniques are required. "Practice makes perfect", "Experiences are reached through events/incidents and reflections on those events/incidents", Z-model training, perceptional dynamics and human factors aspects. The list goes on and on. All Spectre Marine trainings rely on a solid knowledge foundation but one fact is for sure – no training is identical to another; individual alterations are inevitable. This flexibility and the use of an enormous toolbox is a major reason to why our clients reach their training goals.
